Marion joined IVO Capital Partners in March 2018 as Secretary general. Previously, she spent 7 years at Ricol Lasteyrie Corporate Finance (Ernst & Young) as an expert in corporate finance, financial valuation, damages expertise in the context of litigation and arbitration and regulatory advice and risk management in the context of transactions. Prior to this experience, Marion spent and 8 years in the Accounting and Auditing Division at the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) including a three-year secondment to the Secretariat of the Committee of European Securities Regulators (ESMA). At IVO, Marion has a transverse function and she supervises the legal, the financial and the HR department. Because of its experience in litigation valuation damages, Marion is also member of the IVO Litigation Funds Investment Comittee. She is a graduate of ESCP and certified French public accountant.
